Utility Budgerigar is a high carbohydrate blend that has been specifically developed for companion and breeding birds that are going through the moult. It has a great balance of B vitamins, protein, essential amino acids, and iron. The moult can be a stressful time that takes its toll on aviary birds, so they need a high-quality, high-energy feed to see them through it successfully. Utility is also an excellent maintenance blend for companion birds, although should be supplemented with millet sprays, cuttlefish bones and Johnston & Jeff’s Type blends on a regular basis.
